These terms apply to purchases made through Sienna Edit. They work alongside our shipping, refund and privacy policies, and do not reduce your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Products, photos and sizes
We endeavour to provide accurate descriptions and product photography. Screen colours and manufacture may vary slightly. Garment measurements are generally supplied by the manufacturer and should be compared with a similarly fitting item.
Sienna Voss is a fictional AI-generated fashion muse. Editorial images are for styling inspiration and may not precisely depict items sold. Rely on the garment photographs and actual product descriptions shown on the product listing.
Orders and payments
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless expressly indicated otherwise. The final order total, shipping and payment options are presented at checkout. Your order is accepted when Shopify confirms the purchase.
Supplier-sourced fulfilment
We usually purchase garments from suppliers to fulfil customer orders rather than hold local warehouse stock. This means orders are subject to suppliers confirming stock. If we can't supply your chosen product, we'll contact you and arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.
