Shipping and delivery
Sienna Edit is an Australian-based online boutique. Garments are sourced from overseas supplier partners after purchase; we do not hold local warehouse stock.
Australian shipping
Standard shipping is A$11, with free standard shipping on eligible Australian orders of A$100 or more. Final charges appear at checkout. We do not currently offer an express delivery promise.
Processing and delivery
Orders depend on the supplier confirming the selected size and colour. Overseas processing, international transit and customs all affect arrival dates. No next-day, 1–2 day or 3–5 day delivery promise applies to supplier-sourced orders.
Contact Sienna Edit before purchasing if you need a firm arrival date. We will confirm the available shipping service and an estimate for your item and destination. Do not order for an imminent event without that confirmation.
If an item is unavailable or significantly delayed, we will contact you with your options, including a refund where applicable.
Tracking
We share tracking when it becomes available. If you need help, contact us with your order number.
Other countries
We are currently focused on Australian customers. A destination must be enabled at checkout before we can accept an order for it.
